Abdulmumin Rabiu

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Abdulmumin Is a dynamic community development leader with extensive expertise in project management, strategic program leadership, and community engagement. With over five years of experience driving social impact across northern Nigeria, he has successfully designed, implemented, and scaled initiatives that empower adolescents, youth, and local communities to improve health, education, and livelihoods. A passionate advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals, Abdulmumin has led interventions in public health, gender equality, peacebuilding, and climate action, ensuring programs are responsive to local needs and aligned with national and global development priorities. He is recognized for building strong partnerships with government agencies, UN bodies, donors, and civil society, strengthening program reach, effectiveness, and sustainability.
Abdulmumin combines visionary leadership with hands-on experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, guiding high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and inclusivity. Through his work, he has mobilized resources, facilitated community engagement, strengthened organizational systems, and championed advocacy campaigns that amplify youth voices and promote social equity. His holistic approach integrates innovative solutions, data-driven insights, and collaborative strategies to address complex development challenges, creating lasting, sustainable outcomes in the communities he serves.


Khadija Lawal Aliyu

Gender Thematic Lead

Providing leadership on gender equality, human rights, and social inclusion programming. She holds a BSc in Biochemistry (First Class) from Federal University Gashua and has strong experience in research, advocacy, and community engagement.
She previously served as a Laboratory Intern at NAFDAC and is currently a teacher at Maryam Model School. Khadija has held multiple student leadership roles, including Vice President of the Student Representative Council, National Association of Science Students, and National Association of Biochemistry Students. She has led and contributed to research and public awareness initiatives, including work on child malnutrition and harmful social practices. Her core strengths include gender and rights advocacy, research, communication, public speaking, and program support.


FATIMA MUFTAU

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Lead

Fatima Muftau is a dedicated Monitoring & Evaluation professional with expertise in data collection, analysis, and program assessment to support evidence-based decision-making. She holds an HND in PsychoSocial Rehabilitation Science and has extensive experience managing data for health, education, and community development programs.
Fatima is skilled in using mobile and electronic data collection tools such as KoboCollect, ODK, CommCare, and Survey123, and proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SQL for real-time data analysis and reporting. She has contributed to large-scale assessments, baseline surveys, and program evaluations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and actionable insights. Her work also involves community engagement, field supervision, and reporting to support effective program design and implementation.
Fatima combines technical expertise in M&E with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive impactful, data-informed interventions that empower communities and improve program outcomes.
